Change of use from an existing dwelling (Use Class C3) to a 7-bed, 7-person HMO (Use Class Sui Generis), in addition to a hip to gable end roof conversion and rear dormer, construction of ground floor rear extension and rebuilding of existing extensions to be fitted with a new flat roof, conversion of existing garage into habitable space and replacement of garage door with windows, roof lights on front roof slope, provision of cycle and refuse storage and all other associated works
