Proposed internal alterations on the lower ground and ground floor levels, construction of steps at the rear of the dwelling to provide access to lower ground level from the rear garden, replacement of existing window with heritage doube glazed door withing the rear light well along with installation of a new heritage doube glazed window and associated works.
