Proposed changes to existing fenestration, removal and replacement of the chimney, new rooflights and windows, replacement of existing veranda roof, existing flat roof on the rear (north) elevation to be replaced with a pitched roof, extension of basement and lightwell, new porch roof over side entrance door, new porch over main entrance door and relocation of the swimming pool with associated landscaping.
