Full proposal

Proposed development comprising the erection of a single-storey side and rear extension following the demolition of the existing attached garage and kitchen extension. The works also include the removal of the existing bay windows to the front elevation and their replacement with flush casement windows, together with the construction of a new front entrance porch. Additionally, the installation of 24 photovoltaic solar panels is proposed, along with the provision of temporary residential accommodation on site during the construction period.
