Change of use of rear part of the basement and ground floor level from retail (Class E) into a self-contained flat (Class C3); erection of a single storey rear extension to the side and rear of the existing back addition, following demolition of existing rear and side lean-to extensions; excavation of part of the side garden to form an external lightwell including, erection of external staircase from the rear of proposed rear extension into proposed basement lightwell, installation of a new window to the side elevation and new French doors to the rear elevation of the main building at basement level to provide access; erection of bike and bin store in the rear garden.
