Full Proposal

Erection of an additional floor at roof level, and erection of a rear extension at second floor level on top of the existing back addition in connection with the conversion of existing 3 bedroom maisonette flat into a 1 bedroom self-contained flat at first floor level and a 2 bedroom self-contained maisonette flat at second and third floor level; erection of 1.7m high obscure glazed screening around 1st and 3rd rear flat roofs, in connection with their use as roof terraces; re-sizing and replacement of 1no. existing window, and replacement of 1no. existing window with new French doors to the rear elevation at first floor level; erection of 2no. bike and bin stores in the rear yard/alleyway.
