Full proposal

Raising the height of part of the existing rear mansard roof to form a new rear dormer roof extension, including a rooflight on top, and Crittall-style French door to the rear elevation to allow access onto the proposed third floor rear roof terrace; erection of 1.7m high obscure glazed screening around the perimeter of the flat roof in connection with its use as a roof terrace, to the rear elevation at third floor level.
