Full Proposal

Erection of a bin store ancillary to the new flats at first, second and third floor levels (comprising of 12no. flats) approved under prior approval application reference: 2024/02600/PMA56, to the south eastern elevation at ground floor level (adjacent to existing internal store); installation of a new metal single door to the southern elevation and a new metal access gate to eastern elevation at ground floor level to the existing internal store, in connection with its use as a bike store for all units.
