Full Proposal

Erection of a rear roof extension, including installation of French doors and a Juliet balcony; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension; installation of 3no. rooflights in the front roofslope; formation of a roof terrace at first floor level, on top of part of the flat roof of the proposed single storey rear extension, and enclosed with a glazed balustrade; and installation of French doors to replace existing window to the rear elevation at first floor level, to provide access to the proposed roof terrace.
