Erection of an additional floor at main roof level, including the formation of a roof terrace to the front elevation; erection of a rear extension over part of the existing three storey back addition; raising the height of the existing chimney stack and adjoining side parapet wall, and erection of 1.7m high privacy screening to the side and rear elevations around the remaining perimeter of the flat roof of existing three storey back addition in connection with its use as a roof terrace.
