Full Proposal

Erection of rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height by 150mm; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; installation of 3no. rooflights to the front roofslope; installation of bi-folding doors to the rear elevation at first floor level to replace existing window and external door, providing access to the proposed installation of a new external spiral black-painted metal staircase and platform to replace existing staircase from first floor level down to garden level; installation of a rooflight to the flat roof of the existing two storey rear extension; and replacement of all existing sash windows at first floor level with double-glazed uPVC windows.
