Full Proposal

Erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition following the demolition of existing single storey lean-to rear extension; installation of 3no. rooflights in the front roofslope; removal of the remaining pitched roof of existing first floor back addition to form a new flat roof, in connection with its use as a roof terrace, enclosed in 1.7m high obscure glazed screening to the side elevation and erection of metal railings to the rear elevation; re-sizing and replacement of an existing window, to the side and to the rear elevation of first floor back addition; replacement of all existing windows with new double glazed timber windows; replacement of the existing main entrance door with a new solid timber door, to the front elevation at ground floor level.
