Outline planning application for residential development of up to 550 dwellings, with all matters reserved except means of site access; land for a primary school expansion; land for a Community Facility; Cemetery expansion and car parking; land for Recreational Ground expansion; public open space; associated ancillary earthworks and enabling works; and demolition of existing structures. All other matters (layout, appearance, scale and landscaping) reserved for subsequent approval.
