Addition of 1no. central rooflight to align with consented rear elevation window rhythm; installation of SVP outlets and roof vents to serve consented and proposed plumbing; rearrangement of consented bathrooms to minimise impact on historic fabric; rearrangement of WC to create ensuite within attic; restoration of inglenook fireplace; removal of staircase boxing to reveal fanlight; repair and like-for-like replacement of 2no. attic windows and timber treads; adjustments to historic joinery for their continued use; relocation of fuse box to remove wiring from principal elevation, relocation of EV chargers, and gas and electricity meters, removal of wall nib to the front; and associated internal alterations including a laundry chute
