Front hedge of property, adjacent to the path, to be removed and replaced with brick wall that will have three pillars at 1700mm tall and a separate gate post pillar at 1700mm tall. Gaps between pillars to be hit and miss wooden fencing. Brick used will match house and copings will be natural stone.
