Erection of a part two storey part first floor front extension, open porch, single storey side extension, replacement of flat roof to existing single storey front element with a pitch roof, replacement of roof of single storey side element to include the insertion of rooflights, alteration to all windows to the front elevation and insertion of a window to first floor side
