Full Proposal

The sympathetic conversion and modest 1.5-storey extension of an existing oak-framed garage to create 2-bedroom independent self-build dwelling. The works involve internal structural reinforcement, thermal upgrading, and external alterations including extensions to both sides and front. The project includes the sub-division of the curtilage to provide private amenity space and the provision of six total parking spaces (3 for the new dwelling, 3 for the host) to comply with Hart District Council's 2026 Parking Standards
