On-site meeting and written response (planning and heritage): The proposal seeks advice on alterations and extensions to the existing property, including the replacement of a single storey side extension with a two storey side extension, a single storey rear extension, roof alterations, changes to windows, parking, boundaries and landscaping, and minor works to the annexe. The submission also seeks a view on the acceptability of a more consistent rendered finish and the future planning status of the annexe as a potential self contained dwelling.
