Rear single storey side extension, front single storey side extension to existing garage with flat roof to replace existing pitched, together with external material alterations including rendering over existing brickwork, tiled areas replaced with cedar battens, felt roofs replaced with metal standing seam, existing windows replaced with aluminium windows and addition of veranda to rear ground floor with roof extended to suit.
