Demolition of existing rear conservatory; construction of part single, part two storey side and rear extension, and conversion of loft to habitable space with associated extension and roof alterations to include crown roof, rear dormer, insertion of 4x side rooflights and removal of chimney stack; conversion of garage to habitable space, including window to replace garage door; alterations to fenestration.
