Internal and external alterations comprising a new staircase to the existing second floor, ground floor fireplace alterations, replacement glazing with slim double glazing, replacement of the conservatory with a garden room, installation of roof lights, installation of bathroom extractor ventilators and cast-iron external vent grilles, wall removal and relocation of hallway door at ground floor, relocation of stud wall between bedrooms 2 and 3 at first floor, and replacement of plastic external pipework & rainwater goods with cast metal
