Full Proposal

i. Alterations to the sides, front and rear elevation of the dwelling house ii. Alterations to roof comprising hip to gable, internal alterations and installation of 1x roof window iii. Installation of 3x front dormers (1.2m wide x 2.2m depth x 1.9m height) following removal of chimney stack iv. Erection of a 2m high brick and timber fence adjacent to property v. Erection of a 2m high timber fence to the front of property within the boundary following a demolition of an existing side extension.
