Non-material amendment to planning permission 25/00671/FUL (Erection of single-storey outbuilding for use as hairdressing salon in rear garden and partial change of use of site to Class E (Commercial, Business and Service)) including relocation of outbuilding by 600mm, width reduction of 140mm, ridge height reduction of 200mm, replace fibre cement cladding to timber feather-edged weatherboarding on all but one elevation, widening of entrance door by 100mm, minor changes to window locations and reduction in the size of two windows.
