Hybrid planning application for the phased redevelopment of the New Barnsbury Estate comprising: Phased demolition of all existing buildings and structures, site preparation and enabling works (including excavation), and phased construction of 711 residential units (Use Class C3), nursery (Use Class E), and local community floorspace (Use Class F2) within 12 buildings ranging in height from 3-21 storeys (plus basements). Hard and soft landscaping works including public open space access and highway alterations, car and cycle parking provision are also proposed alongside all other associated ancillary works (No Matters Reserved for future approval (the ''detailed element'')); and Outline application for: site preparation and enabling works (including excavation) and the phased construction of buildings up to 10 storeys (plus basements) to provide up to 405 residential units (Use Class C3) and up to 1,500sqm GEA flexible commercial, business and service floorspace (Use Class E). Hard and soft landscaping works including public open space, access and highway alterations, car and cycle parking provision are also proposed alongside all other associated ancillary works (All Matters Reserved for future approval (the ''outline element'')) (EIA Application) (DEPARTURE FROM DEVELOPMENT PLAN) 28 DAY RE-CONSULTATION DUE TO SUBMISSION OF UPDATED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS, WHICH CONFIRM THE APPLICANT'S PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE 17 FEWER HOMES WITHIN THE OUTLINE ELEMENT, AND 7 FEWER IN THE DETAILED ELEMENT.
