Full Proposal

Erection of a single storey roof extension across all parts of the building including new roof terraces, external walkways, staircases and a lift tower (lift to serve all floors) in connection with the provision of 6 self-contained residential flats (Class C3) comprising 1 x 1 bed flats, 4 x 2 bed flats and 1 x 3 bed flats. Associated refuse storage and cycle parking provided within the inner courtyard at ground level. (Amended Description).
