Internal alterations at first, second and third floor levels including .the removal of modern sanitaryware and partitions from the rear room, new jib door between front and rear rooms, new sanitaryware fittings in the front room with associated MEP work at first floor level, demountable internal partitions in various areas, new sanitaryware fittings in the existing front (annexe) room and associated MEP works at second floor; and removal of later internal gutter at third floor level. External works and alterations to the front elevation for a new hopper at high level to reinstate connection between the roof gutter and existing rainwater downtake pipe, new vents and minimal new pipework connections for new WC/ showers to the rear elevation.
