Installation of acoustic screening on the roof, adjustments to internal pipework layouts and associated wall penetrations within the plant room, enlargement of the services riser to the roof, relocation of the substation with associated electrical routing, modification of photovoltaic panel layouts, installation of heat interface units within flats at Bevin Court and provision of a new bin store at Holford House (Full plan application ref: P2025/3348/FUL also submitted).
