Observations on Demolition of existing buildings and erection of two buildings comprising a 35 storey purpose built shared living accommodation (Sui Generis) of 490 units, and a 5 storey office floorspace (Class Eg(i)), and associated access and servicing, cycle parking, landscaping, and all other associated works.
