Change of use of an existing building to a small-scale indoor fitness facility for personal training and small group coaching sessions (Class E). The facility will operate on a pre-booked, appointment-only basis with limited class sizes, focusing on structured coaching rather than general public gym use. No external alterations are proposed. The use will generate low levels of traffic and activity, comparable to the existing use.
