Retention of existing steel structure and existing floorplate on existing B2 land and construction of no.6 commercial units to accommodate flexible commercial uses including Class B2, Classes E (a, b, c, d, e, f and g (ii) & g (iii)), F1 (b, c & d), cinema (sui generis), microbrewery (sui generis).
