Change of use of the existing arches into flexible Use Class E and B8, together with internal and external alterations and refurbishment works including the new and replacement infill walls, front elevations, new access gate entrance, regrading and resurfacing of yard area to north, access and parking, provision of bin store and cycle storage, an electrical substation, and installation of air-source heat pumps for each unit at Arches numbered 60-74 between 14 Creekside and the Discovery Centre & 18-22 Creekside (Cockpit Arts) SE8.(Please note Listed Building Consent Ref:- DC/26/143785).
