Schedule 17 Application : Construction of the A38 Rykneld Street Overbridge, A38 Southbound Slip Road Overbridge Structure, South Staffordshire Line Overbridge and the Streethay Retaining Structure; location of vehicle restraint systems, boundary fencing and ecological fencing; landscape earthworks; earthworks to form maintenance access strips, Manor House Access Road, part of Streethay Cutting, drainage ditches and headwalls, realigned A38 northbound slip road, footway and pedestrian rest area and the provision of four road vehicle parking/turning areas.
