Listed Building Consent for works within Club Apollo comprising: urgent minor repairs to both buildings; intrusive and non-intrusive investigations to allow the detailed design and specification of long-term remedial works; removal of asbestos containing material ACMs; strip out of defective plaster finishes; Strip out of inappropriate internal conversion partition doors and the like; clearance of tenant chattels and redundant bars and kitchens; strip out of redundant services and sanitary appliances; temporary propping and structural stabilisation within CR5; removal of poor quality and inappropriate facings to ground floor front elevation; protection of remaining heritage components.
