Full Proposal

Alterations to the existing dwelling comprising the following; Single storey ground floor extensions, extension at first floor level and increase in existing first floor balcony. Adjustments to provide central twin gabled form with associated adjustments to ground floor entrance porch, canopy and ensuite at first floor. Adjustments to fenestration to north-east and south east elevations to the proposed gym and sauna rooms. Removal of existing bay windows at adjustment and replacement of clay tile roof to slate. Addition of facing brick plinth and refinishing of external walls. 1no. AC unit consented under MO/2022/0185 relocated and 1 additional AC unit proposed.
