Full Proposal

Remove 2no shop windows from front elevation of retail unit, Reduce opening sizes and install 2no domestic-scale windows, with Art Stone sills, all matching, and aligned with, existing windows above. Extend render around new windows and provide skim coat to full rendered area, pre-coloured or painted to match existing. Form painted timber casing around entrance door to retail unit, to match that of entrance door to residential area. Rebuild and extend front boundary wall in brickwork with stone coping, to increased o/a height. New iron railings and gates.
