Outline planning permission (with some matters reserved - access and landscaping) for change of use of existing car mechanic garage and alterations to existing first floor residential unit to create 3 residential units (Use Class C3) including alterations to exiting built form including partial removal of existing ground floor extension and introduction of additional fenestration and balconies together with associated front boundary treatment, cycle and refuse storage.
