Redevelopment of the existing mixed-use 3-storey terraced buildings at 91-97 High Street North comprises reconfiguration of the existing 3no. commercial units on the ground and first floors and 2no. residential dwellings on the upper floors, and erection of a rear dormer extension and 3 to 5-storey rear extensions, to provide 3no. reconfigured commercial units and 14no. residential dwellings, including 8no. new units at the new rear extension and 5no. reconfigured units in the extended existing building, with associated works including cycle parking, refuse storage and landscaping.
