Conversion of the existing single dwellinghouse into 1no. 1-bed flat and 1no. 2-bed flat with a rear dormer roof extension with a raised ridge line and three front roof lights, demolition of the existing shed, and erection of a single-storey rear extension, and a rear external staircase to subdivide the existing garden, along with provision for associated waste storage.
