Full Proposal

Proposed alterations and repairs to the catacombs including alterations to ventilation openings with cast-iron grilles, removal of redundant gas services and flue, repairing stone work with matching materials. Proposed alterations to the office and staff building including replacement of external AC condenser and new internal AC units, internal and external repairs, including roof repairs and refurbishment of staircase and new mansafe system to the flat roof (Application site has Grade II listed buildings).
