Proposed installation of a site-specific public art sculpture fabricated in weathering (Corten) steel, measuring approximately 5.5m in length, 2m in width and 1m in height, positioned on grassland at Three Mills Riverside with minimal below-ground fixings and associated interpretation signage (Application site is located within Three Mills Conservation Area and Affecting setting of Listed Buildings).
