Full proposal

Proposed works include overcladding three flat roofs with liquid applied systems, installation of a mansafe system, replacement of rotten boards to chute openings with marine ply and lead and repair or replacement of rainwater goods in matching materials. Further works comprise repairs to corroded guardrails, gantries, ladders, and the elevator leg, removal of vegetation and graffiti with repainting to match existing, replacement of timber boards to the dock terrace, vermin-proofing measures including mesh infills and window repairs and erection of scaffolding to facilitate the works.
