Alterations to existing garage to include rear extension and alterations to fenestration following removal of existing garage doors to facilitate garage conversion into habitable accommodation. Insertion of rear dormer window, front and side rooflights to facilitate loft conversion. Replacement roof to existing single storey rear element and insertion of rooflight. Alterations to fenestration and insertion of first floor rear dormer window.
