Full proposal

Proposed internal and external works to include:- erection of a new covered front porch and rear extension. Reconfigurations to the existing roof form to allow for alterations to the existing dormers from flat roof to pitched roof dormers. Replacement of the existing UPVc windows throughout the house to powder coated aluminium framed double glazed units. Replacement of the existing northern site boundary fence with a new timber fence to a maximum height of 1.8m.
