Proposed erection of a single storey rear extension and a new pitched roof over the existing garages. Replacement of existing aluminium casement windows with new PVCu Heritage style sliding sash units. Installation of new French doors to the front elevation and external refurbishments to the sunroom and garages including Bath stone quoin detailing and new render finish to walls.
