Application for proposed improvement works to include:- Raising the roof of the rear extension to achieve level access throughout the building and constructing a new level main entrance. Replacing all existing roof coverings and installing new rooflights, and substituting the current timber and UPVC windows and doors with new powder-coated aluminium double-glazed units to provide a consistent appearance and thermal improvement.
