Proposed Change of Use from a Public House (Sui Generis Use) to a Farm Shop and Cafe/Bar (Class E Use) at ground floor level together with new office accommodation/meeting space at first floor level and minor external alterations to include:- New glazed oak entrance portico to replace smaller entrance lobby and existing door and window to be replaced by Upvc bi-fold doors. 3no. windows to be replaced with longer windows but within the same aperture; and lowering of external wall to the South elevation.
