Certificate of Lawful Development for Existing Use to demonstrate the erection of a 2 storey side extension and triple garage on land associated with Manor House Farm Cottage, Dordon Hall Lane, Grendon, CV9 2EX between the dates of 10th August 2007 and 4th June 2013, provides a planning history of ancillary householder C3 “operational development” in accordance with the legal definition of ‘development’ provided in section 55(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) (the Act) and is afforded statutory protection as such under the 10 year time limitation of the 1990 Act.
