Certificate of lawful proposed use or development application under section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to establish that planning permission PAP/2022/0155 has been lawfully commenced before the expiry date 22nd September 2025 and therefore the remainder of the development approved under permission PAP/2022/0155 can be lawfully undertaken and completed after 23rd September 2025 as the permission will remain extant.
