Installation of architectural bronze casement windows to the front elevation, installation of boiler flue to outbuilding; installation of CCTV cameras and associated cable trunking, installation of air vent to the side elevation, mortar repair to defective stonework above the principal entrance door; installation of bespoke wet cast stone surround at window opening, restoration of terrazzo flooring, removal and reinstatement of fitted cupboard within bedroom 6 using original materials, removal of servants bells from scullery; removal of red bullnose border tiles from pantry and reinstatement of pantry shelves.
