Approval of details under condition 33 (design stage certificate) of hybrid planning permission ZC24/00009/OUTMAJ comprising, in full (1): 1,450 sq.m new workshop and associated office, HGV sales, service areas and car parking (sui generis); and (2) in outline: up to 3,350 sq.m of Use Class E ii and iii)/B2/B8 workspace in 3-7 units (access and landscaping to be considered, all other matters reserved).
